This spell reduces the open DC of a purely mechanical lock by 5+d20 (rolled by the DM in secret.) It does not work on magical locks.
If the spell is cast on the same lock multiple times, the open DC is reduced from the original DC (i.e. multiple castings do not stack.)
If the DC of the lock is reduced to zero, it automatically opens.
